Hey gang, some performance cars come with a function of the factory harness that if you latch the belt, then pull the shoulder harness all the way out to the stop, then release, the harness will lock and hold you securely. Then, when you release the belt and re-latch, it works normally until it needs to lock. I only recently learned about this function on some cars. So if I want tires for a course like Sebring but are usable around town is the answer Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2? Talked to a rep there and that was his reco but he doesn’t rep for other manufacturers. My Dodge tech also highly recommends Michelins. Any thoughts on stock 2019 Redeye wheels for track days? I want to start a thread on this, because? This upgrade is too easy, probably will not and cannot void any warranties unless we overwork the shocks, which don't seem very likely.
