My goals for 2024-
Get my lungs as healthy as I possibly can.
Lose 7 kg minimum.
Go for a walk every day, even if it's not far.
Play at least one game of golf a week. It can be just 9 holes.
Try selling some things, rather than giving it all away.
I will try to reassess at the end of every month & do an update/summary.

Its the start of a new month so many of us will want to set ourselves a target to lose weight or maintain over the next month.
Feel free to join me here.
Copy the scoresheet and state your aim.
You may want to lose a set amount of weight eg 1 pound or 2 pounds a week
You may want to lose for instance 1% of your weight at the start of the month
You may have made it to your goal weight and have your eye on Maintaining for instance within 3 pounds of your goal weight.

So... There's been a lot of good feedback for this, so here we go.
The January to March Challenge
In order to not infringe too much on the monthly challenges, I'll go ahead and do a biweekly sort pattern for the weigh ins.
Feel free to post any and all of your weight loss goals. If you're passionate about keeping your calorie intake under a certain amount, or if you want to set exercise goals for yourself, or want to include your measurements, go for it!

So, back in "the day" we used to have these cute Christmas challenges where we would divide up the participants into a couple of groups and compete against each other for bragging rights. i have been intermittent fasting for over 2 years now. admittedly, i was much more focused when i first started and lost weight and even into the first half year or so of maintenance. i still IF, but in the past year, every few weeks i skip a day... usually by eating a too-early breakfast. i try to lessen the damage by cutting calories on those days, but nevertheless, i do sometimes see a small bump. the closer you are to your lowest weight (for me, about a 22-22.5 BMI), the easier it...
