Welcome to an average athlete, doing average things, with the rest of the world! This one was fun because I started implementing some of the things I took away from the previous week. I didn't stress about the time, just went for it. I knew I could lift the weight, but I haven't been consistent with doing lots of reps with THAT amount of weight.
