While Beacon Gallery was spared any water damage, our neighborhood is now dealing with the 1-2 punch of COVID-19 and a 30-inch watermain break on April 14th. Here is a photo from Boston Fire Department so you get a sense of what it looked like: The water rushed in quite dramatically and knocked over furniture, pedestals and ravaged the entire row of shops of 460 Harrison Ave, as well as other adjoining buildings.
