Focus: “a state or condition permitting clear perception or understanding”. . . Meet my one word for 2018; FOCUS. By focusing on that one word I believe I will be able to write a better blog. I need to focus on the reason why I started Letters in Time – to “bring back the art of handwritten letters, one letter at a time”. Sounds simple. Ha! When was the last time you wrote a Thank You note? And I don’t mean sending someone a message on Messenger. I mean an actual, hand-written card or note, put in an envelope with an address and stamp and sent on its merry way. I’m feeling pretty good about my answer, which may be why I’m asking at this point in time. I recently sent out over 20 hand written thank you notes (feather in my cap!), written on thank you cards I made (another feather!). It’s time to get back to blogging! Summer is always a busy time for me (I’m thinking I might be a “seasonal blogger”), but today I’d like to share a fun project that I completed last week. This was a custom order for someone special, and even though I put in some long hours to finish it on time, I had a blast putting it together!
