Illinois-based food Industry redistributor Dot Foods Inc. said Tuesday that it will invest $22 million in an expansion of its distribution center in Burley, Idaho. The United States Department of Energy (DOE) on Monday announced it will provide up to $6 billion for 33 decarbonization projects in 20 states. The projects, which are intended to decarbonize energy-intensive industries, will not only "revitalize industrial communities” and allow the country’s manufacturing sector to better compete, the DOE said, but will also support the creation of construction jobs. New Jersey-based health system Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) has broken ground on a $200 million health and wellness center at a New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJ Transit) station in Woodbridge, New Jersey, the company said. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc. on Monday secured a key approval from the Anaheim Planning Commission in Anaheim, California, for a $2 billion expansion at its Disneyland property there. The commission also voted to recommend to the Anaheim City Council that it certify DisneylandForward’s environmental analysis.
