My local dealer wants to hurt me bad so if any body has bought either item recently online will you post the deal you found? Definitely going w/ the factory hitch but not sure about the harness. I doubt I will ever tow anything w/ brakes, so I just need the 4 pin setup. Hi Everyone, I recently purchased a 2005 Fleetwood Sante Fe tent trailer. I am pulling it with a 2016 Honda Pilot EX. The connection from the trailer to the Pilot is a 7 pin connector. I can get all the running lights to work but the turn lights and brake lights aren't working. This is what I've checked up to this point. 1. There are 3 fuse locations for the trailer on the Pilot. Hi everyone, Just got a 2023 EX-L AWD and looking at travel trailers it can tow. I know it’s max is 5000 but was wondering if I would be okay with a dry weight trailer of 3749 (has cargo capacity of 1081)? We would have 2 adults and 2 kids in the Pilot plus a couple of dogs. I figure this would be at least 500 pounds taken off the 5000. We could pack light (not fill any water tanks) and maybe move the battery/propane off the hitch if it helps.
