I recently noticed my stream (original, not the 4k ones) fan reported 0% after watching its system info screen via URL (stream.ip:49152/sysinfo). Decided to perform some testing with it. Unplugging the unit, the fan fires right up when plugged back in. Once the URL connects, the fan speed reports 95%+ with temps 25-45°C. Tivo at home wireless connected to router (via mesh), connected to cell based modem. I've had the same problem for over a week and have had three cases closed without it being addressed by TiVo! I can't stream any of my devices and found the problem be specific that my phones running Android 13 and above. Seems to work fine on anything running Android 12 or below. Using an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max. I do the set up in my house using my Wifi network and it works perfectly. I left my house and it failed to work on WifI Network or 5G where I was getting an amazing 500 Mbps. This was faster than the Wifi Network at the place where I was at only getting 26 Mbps.
