What is the "worst" murderer? Surely, that is a subjective question. It will differ from person to person on what they consider to be the worst.
In order to measure how "bad" the serial killer is or was-I have created an index for you to measure the seriousness of their actions and behaviour. I have called it the "World's Worst Murder Index". You can download it (see below) and apply it to either a single or serial killer.

This was one of the longest murder trials seen in British criminal history. It has left so many people in grief, despair and frustration. Letby was convicted of the murder and attempted murder of young babies.
Last night's event looked at the reasons why someone behaves in this extreme way.
