Oculus New York City Engagement Photos I was  so excited to take engagement photos of Charron and Tristan for during their session at the Oculus in New York City. It was designed by architect Santiago Calatrava, the “Oculus” is a train station, plaza and shopping mall adjacent to the memorial site for September 11th memorial.
