Hey! So, I downloaded my raw DNA file through MyHeritage over a year ago and since then I’ve been embarking on understanding genetic and genealogical background. However there’s something that’s been confusing to me, which I haven’t had any answers to. I’ve noticed that a lot of the Y-chromosome cells in my raw DNA are active? I am looking for a way to get as much info from Nebula as I can that is compatible with Promethease and Clinvar. Nebula provides CCF, TBI, CRAM, CRAI &FASTQ files; however, only CRAM & FASTQ contain the entire sequenced genome. I have read that one can upload the FASTQ file to sequencing.com and generate a Clinical VCF using the Eve Premium app and then the resulting Promethease report will have 60-90 thousand SNPs. Well not exactly. It lists 99% DNA from two Scandinavian countries but I share DNA with all of the ancient Vikings just profiled on 23andMe. So the parent company of Nebula Genomics recently announced a new whole genome testing product offering scheduled for the second quarter of 2024. I am seeing a website now for DNA Complete powered by Nebula Genomics that looks like a portal to register new testing kits. They have been talking about boxes kits in mass merchants for some time now. I wonder if this is it. Also they announced a new testing laboratory on Long Island.
