When I’m looking at a movie or episode information page it’s very easy to select and choose Delete! Also from a long press there is I believe a Delete option. Delete physically deletes the file. This makes me quite nervous when family or friends are using Infuse at my home, or even if I might accidentally select and press it. I have used Infuse for may years. It always baffled me why the hard-to-understand Settings had no description on the bottom left side. In fact, Infuse has a description for ‘iCloud Sync’ and ‘Cloud Backup’ but not for the fifty following Settings. How can newbie understand many of the Settings without having to start web searching the Firecore support pages? AppleTV running the latest with Plex set up with direct mode. If you select an episode from the Watching/Up Next in the top row, the pre-play screen doesn’t allow you to change seasons, only episodes. If you select the same episode from anywhere else, such as Recently Added TV, there is a season selector just below the fold above the episodes. Greetings, there seems to be a new issue with Infuse. This probably started happening in the recent Dolby Vision enhancement update. In my scenario I have a Samsung TV that supports HDR10+ but not DV. Previously, if I played a video that had both DV and HDR10+ metadata everything worked fine; DV played on compatible screens and HDR10+ metadata was being sent to my TV. However this recently changed, now on the same videos with both dynamic HDR metadata formats, HDR10+ is silently discarded unless I go to the Video menu and turn off Dolby Vision. I’m using Infuse Pro on my apple tv and I’ve got a jellyfin server shared in library mode. For some reason, infuse lists my movies in some random order despite my having the settings set to “title”. Placing this here as previous post in the metadata section 5 days ago got no response. Hi I have Infuse Pro 7.7.2 and primary use is watching via AppleTV (latest 4K, latest OS update) with as files source a QNAP NAS. Everything had been working well, I created 18 custom collections. Then I consolidated my two movie folders into one on the QNAP. While files play perfectly on their own or from within smart collections, for all files that were moved I can no longer play them from within a custom collection. I get the “An Error Occurred. Hi, I am trying to remove/hide a favourite from the Home Screen on my Apple TV. The guide tells me to locate the favourite under the settings in the library and long press on the desired favourite with the select button. Then choose from the pop-up selections. Nothing pops-up! I am assuming the selection button is the big button on the Apple Remote. I go down my list of favourites,selecting the one I want then press and hold the big button. As I said nothing happens. Hi, not sure if this is a bug or a wider issue impacting everyone. I am a paying user and my Apple TV automatically upgraded to the latest app. I use Direct Mode on a 4K ATV with a Plex library. The home screen seems locked, any edits I try to make using the sort/edit button the top right makes no impact. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, force closing, restarting the ATV etc. I can still add Favourites, but that is all.
