Chief Justice John Roberts: You Can Run, But You Can't Hide!

The time has come for Chief Justice John Roberts to understand that, we, the people, are onto him, and that we demand an immediate attitude change from him, or he should resign.  Roberts needs to understand that he has overplayed his hand, and the jig is up. It is no secret that Roberts steadfastly refuses to adopt a formal set of ethics rules for the United States Supreme Court —the only court in the United States without a formal set of ethics rules.  Roberts says that “every justice seeks to follow high ethical standards” and therefore a code of ethics for the Supreme Court is un ..read more

Here we go again with yet another senseless police murder of a helpless person, Tyre Nichols, who was mercilessly beaten to death at the hands of five rogue police officers of the Memphis, Tennessee Police Department on January 7, 2023.  According to Nichols' mother, Rowyaughn Wells, Tyre was two minutes away from his home when he was pulled over for an alleged traffic violation, which, when it was all said and done, resulted in the five officers inflicting a fatal beating on Tyre.  After the incident, Nichols reportedly "complained of having a shortness of breath" and was transport ..read more

The Indiana judiciary is back to its sleazy corruption once again as concealment and cover up and protectionism of a former judge and former lawyer is alive and well in the Hoosier state judiciary. It was reported on February 3, 2022, that a litany of 18 criminal charges including felony corrupt business influence, several counts of felony theft, felony forgery with intent to defraud, felony obstruction of justice, felony perjury, and deception were filed against former Jasper County Judge and former attorney Robert V. Montfort in Jasper Superior Court in Rensselaer, Indiana by special prosec ..read more

The United States Courts on September 23, 2022, tweeted “The Judicial Conference of the United States has provided a century of service to the judiciary and to the public by setting policy and overseeing administrative needs.”  Along with this sound good tweet it posted a self-serving article boasting about how great of a judicial agency that it is such as stating that “one of the greatest values of the Conference is that it brings judges together from across the country, with a shared goal of improving the delivery of justice.”  https://www.uscourts.gov/news/2022/09/23/judicial-con ..read more

Chief Justice John Roberts Should Stop Whining!

The Chief Justice of the United States, John Roberts, needs to stop whining and start acting more like a chief justice.  As chief justice, Roberts serves as chairman of the Supreme Court, but he acts more like a spoiled brat who cries when he doesn’t get his way.  Case in point, in the recent aftermath of the Supreme Court’s infected action of overturning Roe v. Wade, in setting back by several decades women’s rights to make decisions about their own bodies without governmental interference, after the public backlash Roberts recently told a judicial conference in Colorado “If the co ..read more

The attorney general of the United States, Merrick Garland, likes to publicly talk about the so called “rule of law”.  In his press conference addressing the warrant served at Trump’s property at Mar-a-Lago and the confiscating of boxes of documents, Garland said “Faithful adherence to the rule of law is the bedrock principle of the Justice Department and of our democracy.  Upholding the rule of law means applying the law evenly without fear or favor.  Under my watch, that is precisely what the Justice Department is doing.”  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1110350 ..read more

The Government Shouldn't Be Subsidizing Rich Law Firms With Taxpayers Money!

The wasteful spending by our government is no big secret as it has unfortunately been going on forever, but I just came across some information that brought our government wasteful spending practices to rock bottom.  During Covid the government came up with a not very well thought out idea with what it called the “Paycheck Protection Program” (PPP) which in principle, sounded good, but in practice, was a blatant abuse of the taxpayers’ money to the extent that it enriched the bank accounts of multimillion dollar law firms.  The government actually used the taxpayers’ hard earned mon ..read more

I do a lot of research and writing about judicial corruption in the federal judiciary and I noticed a very interesting posting by Representative Katie Porter (D-CA) on her Facebook page on July 1, 2022 where she said “No one is above the law, including judges and justices.  I'm urging my colleagues to crack down on corruption in the courts and tighten ethics requirements for the federal judiciary.”  This definitely caught my attention.  I then noticed a video of Representative Porter addressing Congress where she very eloquently stated: “All government officials must be held ac ..read more
