Wanted to replace my old 50 inch TCL led tv. During research found LG oleds interesting but pretty expensive especially larger size models. I have a BenQ W4000i and using it for over a month now, its performance is great, and no complaints about it. However recently encountered a problem and couldn't get proper support from BenQ folks from Chennai. When I power on the system, I get the BenQ Logo and it turns off the projection LED. I checked for any temperature rise indication and removed the HDMI cable and nothing helped. It failed at the same point always.
