MINOT Delegates at the North Dakota Republican Party's state convention in Fargo earlier this month appeared to pass a resolution condemning carbon capture and storage as "fascism." The Force defeated the Sioux City Musketeers 3-1 in Game 1 of the USHL Western Conference Finals at Scheels Arena. Fargo holds a 1-0 lead in the five-game series.
