Hello everyone! I am a bit of an old school grower that is just recently gotten back into the practice since the late 80’s early 90’s and WOW has the tech gotten good!! I have a Spider Farmer 2’x4’ grow tent, a good Spider Farmer SF2000 LED, an AC Infinity 69Pro controller, an Spider Farmer humidifier, and a clip-on oscillating fan. Plants will be be in 5gal fabric pots with Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and Real Growers grown dots mixed in. Watering will be with Real Growers Recharge on recommended schedule. Good day yall welcome to my 19th grow. This is a pretty simple grow meaning I grow in my bedroom closet so no ventilation or climate control besides fans, and open doors, this is also done in the dreaded Miracle grow potting mix, Miracle grow has dozens of different products, so I have to emphasize again potting mix, the feeds for 6 months stuff. I take advantage of its good properties and have work arounds for bad I augment with organic nutrients by flowerpower. I have 2 6” fans and a 10” fan in my grow room. One on my lights and the other two oscillating. I just rearranged them and only one is blowing directly on my plants at times while it oscillates. Plenty of air is blowing throughout the grow room, just not as much is hitting the plants directly. I have a 6 inch system, which is loud and tries to vacuum pack my tent contents when I turn it on. The side get sucked in, and I think it’s slowly bending my tent frame. So maybe looking to downsize. The six inch may be good with a system controller that can run the fan at various speeds, to fit the need, instead of on- full power or off. I am looking at automating and this may be my best option with a variable speed fan (6") But maybe I just need to go to 4"??? My tent is in a building that does not have heat and air free flows in and out from outside, so average this time of year is 30 - 40 ..read more

I redid my tent layout. I love this! I learned that different places under the Spiderfarmer SF4000 have different intensity under the light. So I moved the runt right under the highest PAR of 800. The tallest plants I placed under the lowest PAR of 650 to about 700 PAR. Then I gave them a nice healthy dose of nutrients. Overnight the runt gained ground on the taller plants! Incredible. The runt grew almost 2 inches in 15 hours! The brighter picture I took 15 hours ago.
