Mum of two Sara Evans is doing what she can to raise the profile of Breakaway, a San Remo organisation that specialises in providing respite care for people with disabilities and their carers. Sara was employed by the non-profit charitable organisation this year to raise their profile and organise some fundraisers – a talent she has quite a knack for. “Breakaway approached me to work for them because I’ve been organising successful fundraisers for many years,” the passionate Community Engagement Officer said. “I did a 12-hour lap swim at Mingara One Aquatics for the Save Sight Institute back i ..read more

As I reflect this week on another presentation at the Women in Real Estate (WIRE) conference for 2022, I'm so thankful for the people I have in my corner. It's my firm belief that in life and business, you need friends and colleagues who consistently push you to be greater and achieve your full potential. They should be firm, kind and possess a strong character. They should want the best for you, and steer you in the direction of your passions and dreams with purpose. I'm lucky enough to have a number of these people in my life, and amongst them is my speaking coach, Greg van Borssum. We first ..read more

On Tuesday March 29, I attended the 15th annual Women in Real Estate (WIRE) conference at the Royal Randwick Racecourse. Held by the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW), the event was sold out and welcomed nearly 500 women (and men) from around Australia. WIRE provides opportunities for women in our industry to both connect and learn, while enabling attendees to also accrue professional development points required for licensing. There are few things that I am more passionate about than the future of real estate. I was (and am) extremely grateful to have been invited to speak at the conferen ..read more

Why I Put Community First

Putting community first has always been front of mind for me, just as my family is. Assisting those in need including the elderly, youth, and of course, local business has been one of my priorities over what has been an extremely challenging couple of years for all of us. This is something that aligns with me personally, as well as professionally – when it comes to Belle Property Central Coast’s vision, agents are so much more than just ‘sales people’. They are lifestyle advisors, community ambassadors and true representatives of the Central Coast. They are invested in the lives of their clien ..read more
