Bilang pagkilala sa natamong pinakamataas na produksyon ng palay sa bansa na umabot sa 20.06 million metric tons nitong taong 2023, nagsagawa ang DA-PhilRice ng rice paddy art sa FutureRice farm. Ito ay nagsisilbing pagsaludo sa isinasagawang pagsisikap upang mapataas ang ani ng ating mga magsasaka.  Sa pagsasagawa ng rice paddy art na ito, nakilahok ang 70 PhilRice staff gamit ang dalawang barayti ng palay na PSB Rc10 at tradisyunal na purple rice na kung saan makikita ang imahe matapos ang isang buwan. On April 19, 2024, the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rice Research Institute (DA-PhilRice), through the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC), received the decision of the Court of Appeals upholding the Writ of Kalikasan against the vitamin A-enriched Golden Rice in the Philippines.
