Our almost 4yo GSD has recently started something new. Not sure why. We had a couch and sofa which my husband and I sat on different ends of each. (Way livingroom was configured). I used to think Bart was the most intense window barker I'd ever encountered. Hello! We have a 4 year old lab mix we adopted 2 years ago. He becomes destructive around our house when he's left alone for too long. We do mental stimulation, playing fetch, filled bones per our dog trainers recommendation, and even Trazodone prescribed by our vet. I have great pyrenees mixthat is 5and a half months old I'm a first time owner.. has some newfoundland. Hello again, I think it’s the third or fourth time posting here haha. Everything is going great with my pup, most of the behaviours I talked about in the previous post are gone other than barking at the gate. I don’t think it’s the common “Get away from my house” barking, it seems more like she’s trying to say hello? About 2 months ago my 3 year old Australian shepherd Riley started hiding in different rooms or upstairs and barking whenever my mom , 5 year old and I would come home from anywhere. I am posting to get advice on an abused dog that was dumped on our property. We live in a rural area and our place seems to be a magnet for people to abandon puppies, kittens, cats, and adult dogs.
