240 g Canned Chickpeas (drained)
10 g Avocado
80 g Seitan
1 Tsp Herbes de Provence
1/3 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/3 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/4 Tsp Ground Cumin
Procedure
Cut the seitan into slices and put on a baking tray with baking paper.
Season with herbes de provence, black pepper, ground cumin and chiliflakes.
Bake in oven.

120 g of dates
120 g of mixed nuts (30 g cashew nuts, 30 g walnuts, 30 g almonds & 30 g hazelnuts)
100 g of oats
60 g of peanut butter (99,5 % peanuts)
25 mL of water
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the nuts in medium pieces.
Roast nuts in a pan at high heat.
Blend the dates and water in a blender to form a paste.
Mix the paste together with the nuts, oats and peanut butter.
