This week #AbbyandGabby are playing a foursomes golf match and you can, too, the next time you tee it up. Also commonly called “alternate shot,” this game is a form of match play or stroke play where you and a partner compete as a side by playing one ball in alternating order on each hole. For example, Abby hit the tee shot, so Gabby goes next with the approach. We continued to alternate until we holed out. We’re taking our talents to the golf course for this Golf 101 with Gabby, Abby and Savannah playing a scramble! How do you play this format? Let’s break it down: A scramble is played with two, three or four-person teams. Each player plays from the teeing area on each hole, one of the tee shots is selected and all the players play their second shots from that spot.
