The ,Moonlight Tango Winter Festival is a cultural event encompassing many arts forms including visual arts. This year, we are honoured to host an exhibition by Argentine periodísta Roberto Espinosa and ilustrator Héctor Palacios who offered their stupendous work for ,charity.
