This course aims to equip healthcare providers with the knowledge and skills to assess, resuscitate and stabilise the critically ill child. The course will cover common paediatric emergencies and provide management strategies for the initial stabilisation of the patient. The course is designed to work on optimising multi-disciplinary team functionality in adverse situations. The course will provide the opportunity to practice the skills taught in a variety of workshops and simulated learning events.
