As we are approaching the end of 2021, we are celebrating the fact that in the last 10 months we have trained over 1,200 learners via our professional development (CPD) webinars which we run weekly from our platform Eventbrite. We started offering free early years CPD taster sessions during COVID 2020 and quickly realised how popular our sessions were, we then went ahead to develop full sessions and started delivering them in March 2021. This week TiEGr delivered their first professional development webinar to Early Years practitioners in Bahrain in partnership with Quality House Bahrain. The session explored speech, language and communication in Early Years practice, the 20 attendees participated in the session entering breakout rooms where they were able to discuss their favourite speech and language activities and share best practice ideas. It’s nearly a year since Directors Jackie and Sarah started working exclusively from their home offices north of London. The business has changed during the various lockdowns, our tutors have not been teaching their learners face to face but have been delivering lessons online via Zoom or Google. All of our meetings with our tutors and clients have been online and in the meantime, we have had to ensure our learners were not disadvantaged by being taught at home in isolation.
