Her battered body was found in the backseat of her own vehicle in another city and her captors escaped not once but twice due to poor police response. Detective Adelemeyer and Lt. Petz from the D.C Homicide unit have failed to return phone calls, bring in witnesses, and provide updates despite the evidence available to them.
