This St. Peter’s Italian Church Wedding Clerkenwell was one of my favourite weddings of summer 2023. St. Peter’s Church in Clerkenwell, represents the biggest Catholic Italian community in London. Opened in 1863, it was at the time, the only church in Britain designed in the Roman basilican style. The Irish architect John Miller Bryson worked from plans drawn by Francesco Gualandi of Bologna, modelled on the Basilica of San Crisogno in Rome. What an epic day, being there to witness Suzi and Patrick getting married at RHS Garden Wisley.
