I have an original ct 70 motor in pieces. I also have a 110 Chinese motor that is running. The 70CC CT is 6 volt and the 110 in 12 volt with a starter. The 110 runs fantastic but I have always had to chase an oil seal leak between the stator plate and the crankshaft. I have replaced the oil seal about 5 times and I am done messing with it. Hey guys, seems like you all are the ones that can help me. I bought my son a beautiful 2009 klx110 that was well taken care of and had little wear. We are not racing this, he's under 100 lbs. I recently bought a 2000 ttr90 and am having issues with the kick starter. Sometimes it kicks other times it just has no resistance and nothing happens. Hello, Ive been trying to figure out my nephews z50 again. I had it running and riding last year. Installed new oem coil, used condenser(parts bike), plug, probably re used cap, cleaned the points, checked valves and cam tension. He said it was running good then while they were riding one day it just shut off on him and wouldnt start up. I bought a 1975 Honda CT70 The guy I bought from said it needed a ignition because he lost the key. It looked a little rough but every thing was there. I ordered an ignition installed it no spark so I replaced the stator, points and the condenser. Got spark but it seemed weak. New plug rebuilt carb and bought an after market carb.
