Roughly 9 years ago, I embarked on my OWN journey to health… And holy cow, it was the BEST decision I’ve EVER made (aside from starting my own business!)
Reflecting back over my own struggles, I WISH that I knew a few life lessons prior to losing weight, but what’s MOST important is that I eventually learned these lessons… And NOW I get to teach my clients these lessons every single day!

Moderation is KEY to creating a healthy lifestyle.
You can still ENJOY your life and lose weight, as long as your calories are in check.
Eating one cookie will NOT ruin your progress.
In fact, it can actually HELP satisfy a craving, prevent a binge, and help you learn to TRUST YOURSELF.
It allows YOU to take control of your choices and your nutrition plan.
Be smart and honest with yourself. Think about your goals, and allow yourself to ENJOY in moderation.

Maybe you’ll overeat...
Or maybe you’ll eat too many sweets one week...
