She wanted a wedding design that had never been seen before. Something unforgettable yet fresh. Something unique yet classic. Something admire by all, yet all their own. And when she wed Jack on that October day in 2020 at the Oxford Exchange in Tampa, FL not only did her dream come true, but it exceeded her every expectation. Erin had always heard of Botanica’s highly regarded reputation of creative and quality work. Her and Zoe had even worked together on a previous event for Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital so she saw for herself why the team was considered the best of the best. So even th ..read more

How do you create a timeless wedding with a nod to modern times? When it came to Ashlyn and Steven’s wedding at the Tampa Museum of Art in December 2021, it was a blend of classic colors and traditional blooms paired with rich textures and contemporary design. Complemented by the couple’s radiant personalities, their special day was simply glamorous. The elegant ceremony took place on the outdoor terrace and was a mix of clean lines accented by lush botanicals. Two grand arrangements in gold urns created drama for the ceremony look while bright greenery delicately lined the aisle. A gold squa ..read more

All it takes is something simple. For it to become something grand. Inspired by Audubon prints of Florida birds and a vision of creating a tropical oasis for all to enjoy, Carrie and Kyler’s Boca Grande wedding on April 10, 2021 was a sight to behold. Throughout the design process, the couple was drawn to a beautiful blend of tropical foliage (like banana leaf, cat palm leaves, eucalyptus, and magnolia foliage) and assorted floral blooms in shades of green and white (such as dendrobium and phalaenopsis orchids, ranunculus, scabiosa, spray roses, and tulips), all accented with fruits and vegeta ..read more

An event fit for a king? With our team’s design and production there would be no doubt. When Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla’s newly appointed king, Christopher, and his wife Miriam, conversed with Ian and Zoe about the King’s Dinner they were planning at the Tampa Bay Yacht and Country Club in November 2019 the excitement could only rival the revered festival itself. The elegant evening was set to reflect Christopher’s New Orleans heritage and everything from invitations to food to decor would grace the event’s concept. Bianca, David and her family were such a joy to work with! With Nicole Kaney of NK Productions at the helm, their planning process was a dream. Inspiration was pulled from their light-hearted personalities, paired by elements of quintessential Florida, which made for a fun twist on this black tie affair. We love the Powel Crosley Estate. It gives all the feelings and comforts of an at home wedding, without the added stress. When Bianca and David selected the iconic terrace for their ceremony, we knew the brilliant color of the floral would pop perfectly against the neutral palette of the buil ..read more

Taking place at a private residence overlooking a sparking lake, this wedding was filled with romance in just about every single aspect.  From the twinkling chandeliers, to the glistening glass chargers, to the clear accents in the arrangements—wherever you looked there was love and light. Alexis’ bridal bouquet embodied a sophisticated yet, modern romantic design. It was an assortment of soft white phalaenopsis orchids and romantic garden roses. Florida Timeless Wedding with a Fruity, Fresh Twist

Natalie and Luke’s playful, yet elegant style is a wonderful example that a Florida timeless wedding can comprise fun and fresh customizations!  This was first seen in their fruity foliage at the welcome party. The design was elegant, yet outside the box. The centerpieces featured a bed of tropical greenery, surrounded by sliced watermelons and green bananas. We chose to accent this with touches of pink cymbidium blooms in order compliment the pink of the watermelon. This arrangement played to the aesthetic of the beach club all the while giving the guests and introduction to the tone of ..read more
