My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in July of 2014, apx 60,000 miles, engine started to shut off while the vehicle is in drive and driving. Typically this would happen while breaking or making left hand turns. The only way I knew that the engine was off is that the breaks do not work. Nor does the emergency break or power steering. Trying to figure out next steps on this. Problem started a couple weeks ago. The car is a 2010 Honda Accord with about 180k miles. Couple weeks ago, my wife said the car struggled to start. I looked at the dash and saw no warning lights. I checked the battery and it was a little low, so I replaced it. I tried starting the car after changing the battery and noticed a green key light flash and a check engine light. When I tried starting it, it would attempt to start but never turn over. I have heard from a Honda service guy I know and have also read it online, that they accord hybrids are having a lot of electrical problems such as AC recycling motor noise, connectivity issues, failed PCU in hybrid battery, etc. in the first few weeks to months of getting the vehicle. Hello all, Recently while driving my wife's 2013 Nissan Sentra the traction control light came on followed by what felt like the transmission starting off in second gear. Then the ABS light came on and I returned home. I hooked up my Thinktool Pro and scanned for codes and found a usual MAF Code (P0101) and a new code C1130-00 Engine Signal code. Thinking of a bad wheel speed sensor I graphed all four and drove the car and saw no difference in any of the sensors.
