T B X measurements revisted,all now measured with a steel rule and not a tape measure, and found not to be out, maybe a sixteenth on one measurement. Axle put in through R/H spring assy,but not aligning with the L/H axle shaft hole, so with the ' spring removal tool' in place on the R/H spring assy,seven 'flats' of pressure on the nut with the wrench,this brings the axle shaft hole in alignment took the pressure off and it stays in alignment.So fitted back wheel in with axle greased and spacers in,including the thrust washer inbetween brake plate face and spacer,and the brake plate is 'free' a ..read more
