Hi. I hope im posting this in the correct place but I recently bought a 2003 victory vegas that has rougly 9,850 miles on it. Ive been looking at the service schedule and am coming up on the 10,000 mile servicing. So what i have is an almost new bike that is 20 years old. I know that wear and tear from normal riding is at a minimum, but im unsure about the wear and tear from sitting. 2008 Vegas. I tried to rip my airbox apart to get it out. Frustration set in and I demolished it. I planned on getting a aftermarket torque tube type anyway. To my surprise the torque tubes are not available or majorly back ordered. Did some research and I assume since victory is no more a lot of these companies stopped making performance parts for them. Good Day ? I recently purchased a 32003 Victory Vegas. It runs great, was told it sat for awhile. LOL, right! So true to form, once I got it home it started showing me its issues. Gas tank leaks, so I pulled the tank to find that half of the wiring harness has been on fire and is crispy. Can't have that so I ordered a harness of eBay that suppose to have came off a running bike. But I can't seem to find the rubber grommets for the fuel pump. Hello Everyone, Today I just picked up my first victory! 2004 Victory Vegas - Orange and silver! My question for all the seasoned victory owners is this, can anyone tell me if the front wheel and rear wheel off a newer (2012) Victory Highball would fit in between my front shocks? Has anyone else had the problem of the saddlebags hitting the plate mount when the suspension compresses? I kept hearing a banging sound when I would go over decent size bumps. I finally realized that it was my bags smashing into my license plate mount. After some time it had bent it far enough that the plate mount would smash into the rear rotor as well.
