What’s up guys. my good friend passed and left us with this bike. I want to finish his build. I am picking up where he left off and it looks like it needs a jackshaft. Problem is i have no clue what model fits, I can’t find one that looks like this with the thin bushings/coupling. I have attached photos. Any response would GREATLY HELP. So, back in december I bought this chopper project for $4k, and it seemed like it was mostly decent, though it wasn't titled, and hasn't been since the bike was built. I received a bunch of receipts for miscellaneous parts such as bearings, headlight, brake pads, wheels and tires, but nothing for major components like the forks, engine, or transmission. I'm hoping someone can help. I recently purchased a 2003 custom chopper. The make and model is listed as custom. I'm having hell getting insurance. I've tried everyone I can think of--progressive, geiko,state farm, allstate, foremost, and many others. I've only gotten 2 quotes and they've been outrageous--Foremost $1556.00 a year, and Progressive $3600.00 a year.
