CALGARY, AB – A popular barbecue restaurant and brewery in southeast Calgary has started winding down business as the owners get set for retirement. Paddy’s Barbecue & Brewery was opened in 2017 by Paddy Sorrenti as an extension of his family’s long-running catering business, and was taken over in 2019 by his parents, Jordan and Kerry Sorrenti.
