A little over two years ago, our StomaCloaks were involved in a study that was originally designed to test the abilities of canines to detect bladder cancer or prostate cancer in urine. The study has very positive results, as the canines were able to frequently and quickly detect the cancer in the urine of known cancer patients. The researchers agreed to use our StomaCloaks to see if the canines’ ability to detect the cancer in the urine was impacted by the StomaCloak.
