Easy galaxy cookies recipe, homemade with simple ingredients. These chocolate chip cookies are decorated with pink, purple, black, blue buttercream icing swirl and sprinkles.
These are so fun for space themed parties, such as Star Wars, Guardians of the Galaxy, or even something strange like Dr. Who. In fact I have a Star Wars Cake that would go great alongside these cookies. But the best part is that they not only look amazing but taste delicious. If you want more desserts with this theme, check out my Galaxy Cupcakes and Galaxy Cake, because these desserts are, well, out of this world! I ju ..read more

Easy chocolate mint truffles recipe, homemade with 5 simple ingredients. They are loaded with mini chocolate chips and are super rich and creamy.
These little candies are something fun that my family makes during the holidays, probably as much as these Red Velvet Truffles and these White Chocolate Truffles. I have tweaked this recipe to make it even more creamy and the chocolate mint flavors are much more balanced now. Also, adding a little cream cheese helps cut down the sweetness. If you can't get enough this chocolate mint flavor combo, you must try my Chocolate Mint Brownie ..read more

This quick and easy key lime cookies recipe requires simple ingredients. They are sugary and crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside.
This weekend, I played around with one of my Mom's recipes and ended up with these key lime cookies from scratch.
My Mom's key lime cookies with sweetened condensed milk tasted more like macaroons rather than cookies...lol.
The taste was great but I just had to make the texture more cookie-like and finally, SUCCESS!
These key lime cookies with coconut have all the flavors of a CLASSIC chewy sugar cookie but with a zesty twist.
The lime flavor ..read more

This quick and easy avocado cookies recipe replaces butter with avocados. They are homemade with simple ingredients and are soft and moist with a cake-like texture.
For a while now, I have been looking at this recipe in my Mom's notes and since there was a lonely avocado sitting in the refrigerator, it was high time I made them. These cookies are healthier than my Best Chocolate Chip Cookies and Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are also just as delicious as my Fudgy Avocado Brownies and Avocado Cake. Adding avocado to desserts will allow you to replace all the butter, margarine, sh ..read more

The best soft, moist, quick and easy chocolate coffee cake recipe from scratch, homemade with simple ingredients. This mocha cake is loaded with chocolate frosting, espresso ganache and decorated with a variety of chocolate chips.
These Coffee Cupcakes (Mocha Cupcakes) and Coffee Pancakes are two of my favorite coffee- based treats but I think today's recipe is even better than those! The coffee flavor in this dessert comes from espresso powder and strong brewed coffee. The chocolate flavor comes from cocoa powder and chocolate chips. It's truly an epic cake and perfect for people who love a ..read more

Easy mint brownies recipe that's made from scratch. It's rich and fudgy and topped off with creamy mint frosting. Truly the best mint chocolate dessert.
Growing up, I HATED anything with mint and now, I am okay with it and these mint brownies are something I like to make quite often.
I really like how the strong chocolate flavor BALANCES the minty flavor. It's subtle and not too over-powering!
As for the texture, these brownies are as SOFT and FUDGY as can be.
Moreover, the GREEN color of the frosting makes them great for serving at St.Patrick's Day parties.
Here are some FLAVOR VARIATIONS yo ..read more
