Daddy and I make banana pancakes for breakfast at the weekend.
We freeze bananas that are about to go over, we then defrost them for our breakfast.
Take 4 defrosted bananas and blitz with 3 eggs.
Pour into an oven proof dish and bake in the oven for 20 mins at 180.
You should have a firm soufflé like texture.
We eat with some chocolate spread.

In a mixing bowl, mix approx. 3 different tins of beans (such as black beans, kidney beans and red beans) (drain the beans first) with 1-2 tins of refried beans and a tin of crushed tomatoes (or passata if you don’t have crushed tomatoes), and then mix in a dash of paprika, ground cumin and ground coriander!
This recipe is very adaptable, so I recommend vigorously taste-testing to make sure it tastes good!!
Also, make sure to RECYCLE all those tins!!! (and don’t cut yourself on the sharp bits!)
