Hi guys, We tested our lasers for the first time yesterday. We found it difficult to see the laser dots with the lumens on (4 lumens total but I can’t remember the gain). When we turned down off the lumens we could make them out but they were still faint. Is there something we are doing wrong? Is it possible to adjust the brightness? Hi We tried the delta lasers recently in a PWM connector for a newton gripper, and although they came on, they were very dim. It was difficult to see them unless we turned our lights right down, almost off. What kind of PWM signals do the lasers need? Is it the same as the Lumens? I would like to get information about the underwater fiber optic connector we received from you and whose pictures I have attached. In the connector you sent, the nuts of the connector did not come out of the package and I do not know what size nut I should use. I looked at the information written on your site and saw two nut options. One of them is M10 and the other is 7/16-20 nut. I have these nuts but I tried them on the connectors but they didn’t work. Have plugged it in but there is a few things I need your assistance with. There is a few buttons that are not coming up on the “general” screen when pressed. They are as follows Tilt 1 Centre Trim Lock Gain Down Course Trim A lot of button functions says “No Firmware Support” so it is not giving me the option to select what you have listed on the button I cant activate the console as its telling me to calibrate first When I go to calibrate, it tells me to move the left joystick left/right but obviously I cannot. Hi, Every button in HCU is functioning except the manual button. Currently, we are working around this issue by assigning another button as the manual button. We have a problem with our HCU. The throttle button doesn’t respond to our inputs: When we use it with our BlueROV2, the controller gives full throttle to the ROV. I checked it in the HCU tester and the channel that corresponds with this button stays on full throttle. I can move the button, but nothing happens. I tried re-loading the BlueROV2 configuration, the problem remains. I also tried it on both our ROV’s but to no effect. When I use a different remote with the ROV it works normally.
