IDrive For Linux now has a control program the user can run, instead of all those little scripts. The upgrade has been hell. After an install, all local records of what's been backed up are gone. Everything had to be uploaded again. 1.3TB of network upload later, things seem to be OK. Daily backups aren't running yet. For some reason, the "cron job" didn't start. Even the Google and Microsoft business plans don't seem to have a recovery plan, only ransomware defense. I'd just be worried about something infecting my drives given I have Google Drive and OneDrive mounted to my PC.
