Updated recommendations for treating Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in acute-care hospitals have been released. Diagnostic error is common and dangerous.  Recent studies look at diagnosis in the Emergency Department (ED), and what factors can influence misdiagnosis.
