The Report is a direct outcome of the P4C, which was held in Nadi, Fiji from 2nd October to 4th October. The conference gathered over 100 representatives from various Pacific Island countries, PBP countries, and non-government stakeholders to discuss cyber capacity building (CCB) in the region.
The conference was jointly funded by the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand through the Partners in the Blue Pacific. It was organised at the PBP’s invitation by Oceania Cyber Security Centre (OCSC) in collaboration with the Global Forum for Cyber Expertise (GFCE).
