Hi,
I'm paying cash for my car, the Tesla app is giving me details to wire them the final payment but my bank has a transaction limit of 25k which is not enough. Has anyone else had to deal with this? Did you do 2 payments? the bank(Nationwide) say I can do a CHAPS payment for the full amount but need the company(Tesla) address details etc that aren't in the info in the app. Anyone have experience with this situation ..read more

Sorry, question that looks like it’s probably been asked to death but hopefully not the usual question(s).
My M3LR goes back soon and I always planned on getting an MY after. Not bothered about waiting for the potential refresh, would rather have stalks, etc.
So quotes from salary sacrifice lease company are really high - significantly more than M3H even. A PCP (or even PCH & HP) through Tesla direct is significantly cheaper, assuming due to the low APR, so I’m tempted to go down this...

Hi
Does anyone know what's going with the service centre in Edinburgh?
I bought my 2022 M3LR on the 23rd of April.
Noticed a few issues so logged them in tbe app.
Mobile appointment comes back as the 2nd of April.
Pretty good I though! On the 1st they rescheduled to the 11th due to staff shortages.
On the 11th no one turns up and no one responds to my messages in the app. I call the national service number the following day. They look in to it and I get a message in the app late...

So Tesla have decided to make their cars more affordable around the planet.
Except for us idiots in the UK. Who are currently paying nearly £5K more for an entry model 3 than they do in Germany.
Oh and the cherry on top is higher finance interest rates.
I love the cars, but this 'take customers for fools' policy Tesla UK is pursuing is beginning to really annoy me.
It's a free market buy something else is the normal retort to the above complaint. Sadly I've yet to find a viable...

I don't do that many long journeys with the Satnav but am I getting forgetful or has something changed at some point?
Did a long motorway/dual carriage way journey at the weekend and the car was constantly telling me to "keep right" when passing slip roads. I did not need to "keep right" I just needed to not move left and take the exit.
If the road is splitting and the left most lane(s) are going a different way to me then this makes perfect sense and is a useful direction, even though the...

Morning all,
I have a genuine Tesla Model Y Tow ball, and find when fitting bike racks to it they don't clamp fully. I know I read previously on a thread on here that the ball size was slightly smaller then standard UK size and as such you could get various shims for it.
I now can't find the thread in question. Has anyone else had similar issues, bought a shim (if so which one), or remembers reading the same thread?
Cheers
