Tamiya Nissan GT-R R32 Custom Time Attack build My first Time Attack inspired build! I used Tamiya’s R32 GTR as the base, styrene sheets for the splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and wing. 3D printed TE37 18” with tires from Tamiya’s Evolution WRC, 3D printed Bride seat, 3D printed brakes, 3D printed Ganador mirrors ( still have to adjust! ). Roll cage made with Tamiya sprue, rear seat delete made with styrene sheet, exhaust made from a juice straw. Not really happy with this one. Clear parts get the worst out of me and make me really desperate, rushing everything in the end, so next kit I’m doing clear parts first to not freak out. Basecoat is a mix between Tamiya X-27, Mr Hobby H39 and X-12 in an attempt to do Midnight Purple (but with gold flakes).
