A Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course equips participants with the skills to recognise and appropriately support someone experiencing an emerging or worsening mental illness.
The program outcomes include:
Improved knowledge of mental illnesses and treatments.
Knowledge of appropriate first aid strategies, and confidence in providing first aid to individuals with mental illness.

Psychological safety at work is no longer a nice to have, it’s a legal obligation. For Queensland businesses, the new Psychosocial Hazard Amendment to the Workplace Health and Safety Regulations takes effect on 1 April 2023.
