ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Police say a 17-year-old has been arrested on a murder warrant after fatally shooting a schoolmate on the campus of an Arlington, Texas, high school. The slain student was identified as 18-year-old Etavian Barnes by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office. HOUSTON (CW39) - A major crash occurred Thursday morning at I-45 and FM 519, all main lanes remain blocked in both directions. TxDOT is urging drivers to seek an alternate route. CONROE, Texas (KIAH) -- Skeletal remains that were found last week have been identified as a missing woman in Harris County, according to authorities. Montgomery County officials said that remains discovered on Friday in a wooded area near Decker Prairie Rosehill Road have been identified as Kay-Alana Turner, who has been missing since March of 2023.
