According to 94.3 The X, the Fort Collins location of Original Pancake House is moving. The new address for the eatery will be 1402 E Harmony Rd., and the move will take place soon.  The move will relocate the restaurant to two miles down the road, taking over the empty shell of what used to be The Village Inn. For the last 10 years, the Original Pancake House has been in its current space.  Reports say the move should likely happen in February or March of next year. A coming co-working space in the Highlands will also feature a cafe on the property, records show. Permits filed for the project reveal there will be a second-floor eating area at the 2128 W 32nd Ave. building.  Building plans were approved in late September and the work is expected to be done sometime in early 2024. There is only interior construction work that needs to be completed. One of the concepts under Tag Restaurant Group (TRG) is coming back from the dead: TAG Burger Bar. Records from the City of Denver show that Starbucks has applied for permits to renovate its 4505 Peoria St. store. The Montbello location has been serving patrons there for over a decade. A second Woody Creek Bakery & Cafe is coming to Denver International Airport. Concourse C at the 8500 Peña Blvd. property will be home to another iteration of the brand, 9 News reports.  The addition of Woody Creek is part of the city council’s recently approved plan to add nine eateries to the airport, many of which already have at least one outpost there. Lazy Dog, a 20-year-old modern American concept, is expanding to the Castle Rock area, the company’s website shows. The restaurant will begin serving patrons next year at the 5949 Alpine Vista Circle location.  Data from Construction Journal shows the project consists of constructing a 9,140-square-foot space, for which a site development plan was approved in June. Real estate records show that a new concept will be coming to a property at 3501 Blake St. in RiNo. Walnut Coffee Shop has been announced as the new tenant, with the aid of The Zall Company.
