OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – A robbery in Oak Hill ended today with no injuries and the one and only suspect in custody. It happened at RVCOC, a reuse and repurposing store in Oak Hill in the plaza with Tractor Supply. Fayette County dispatch confirmed that the suspect, a male, is in custody. However, they are not releasing his identity. An employee at the store said the man threatened to have a gun, but said he did not believe he actually had one. Although Disney’s Lorcana has only been out for less than a year, it has gained a lot of popularity even here in West Virginia. Oak Hill, WV (CNN)—About 40,000 sets of noise-reducing earmuffs have been recalled because they could expose people to hearing loss.  The recall involves 3M Peltor X4 series earmuffs.  According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission — the earmuffs can develop cracks, which could lead to overexposure to loud noise and sound.  The recalled earmuffs were manufactured between March 2020 and September 2022.   You can find the manufacture date outside the earmuff’s earcups.  They were sold on Amazon and at industrial distributors in the US and Canada.  You ..read more
