Hey all   What's the best way to take CBD? I've tried vaping but it's a bit of a faff to get the isolate into liquid form, and I've recently bought 3000mg full spectrum CBD oil that you drop under the tongue. First time I took it, I felt relaxed, but since then, practically nothing. been a member here for a long time but havent posted in a very long time.   One of my friends has been suffering from peritoneal cancer ( membrane on his stomach) for nearly 3 years. He has been receiving chemo on and off throughout but it has recently spread into his liver.   We talked about potentially trying RSO but he didnt want to interfere with other treatments etc which is fair enough.   We are now at the stage where we want to give the RSO a shot. Hi all...I'm posting on behalf of one of my military bros who is suffering badly with PTSD, I'll call him Jon. Anyone interested in making a simple skin balm using RSO, here’s mine.
