For more than 12 years, the Trail du Saint-Jacques by UTMB® event has been offering runners a unique trail experience on and around the famous Saint-Jacques de Compostelle pilgrim route. The 2024 edition features 4 races, all sold-out, ranging from 130km with over 5,500m elevation gain on the Ultra du Saint-Jacques, to 18km with 600m of elevation gain on the Chibottes race. An 18km hike is also available for nature enthusiasts.

The Tenerife Bluetrail by UTMB is a challenging race taking runners through the Teide National Park, a region known for its volcanic peaks, lava fields, and alpine scenery.
442 ultrarunners gathered in Cristianos for the 110km race which features 6250m of gain before reaching Puerto de la Cruz. Manuel Anguita (ESP) took the lead early on and was first to reach the Teide checkpoint followed by Jordi Gamito Baus (ESP) and Alexis Martin Lorenzo (ESP) running together at this stage.

The first edition of Mountain Ultra Trail by UTMB (MUT by UTMB) did not disappoint. The only UTMB race on the African continent took place May 25th in the Outeniqua Mountains in George, South Africa.
The festival of running featured 100m, 100k, 50k, marathon and 20k events.

Four champions were crowned on the morning of the 15th anniversary edition of Tarawera Ultra-Trail by UTMB®, with two Kiwis and two Brits sharing the 50km and 21km spoils.

In the 50km women’s race, Rotorua-raised Caitlin Fielder took out her third Tarawera title, securing victory in 4:01:41.
Fielder’s lead was never seriously troubled, instead she battled herself throughout the race as she faced cramping issues particularly on some of the uphill sections.

This year, Tarawera Ultra-Trail by UTMB® will celebrate its 15th year of running, over time growing to become New Zealand’s premier trail running event and one of the largest ultra-trail races in the world.

41 events are now confirmed for the 2024 UTMB World Series, giving trail running communities around the world the chance to find a race closer to them. The current updated calendar currently features 19 events in Europe, including the Dacia UTMB Mont-Blanc, the founding race of the global circuit and the home of the UTMB World Series Finals.

Tenerife Bluetrail by UTMB® will become the second event in Spain to join the UTMB® World Series in 2024. This offers the large community of runners across the country the opportunity to explore the highest peak in Spain and its surroundings.
Taking place from the 6-8 June 2024, runners can choose from four UTMB Category races. The 100km races at the 2023 Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB are set to be closely contested as the event returns for a historic 15th year.
