Stephen Lapp is a farmer from West Central Ohio. After 26 years of dairying, he began to concentrate on rotational grazing and organic crops. Stephen’s interest in regenerative agriculture increased with knowledge about tillage practices, cover crops and soil health. Stephen completed Dr. Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web course of study. Will Harris is a fourth-generation cattleman, who tends the same land that his great-grandfather settled in Bluffton, Georgia in 1866.
